In this way, problems can often be resolved quickly and the processing time can often be shortened.

So that you are always up to date, we will send you a report on the status of the investigation every three months. On request, we can also send you the report digitally (as a PDF and / or Word document) by email.

Upon successful completion of the investigation, you will receive a detailed report and a meaningful picture of the heirs. We will give you all the documents and evidence required for the certificate of inheritance procedure as well as a list with the contact details of the identified heirs.

We would also be happy to prepare the certificate of inheritance application for you. After the inheritance certificate has been issued by the probate court, the heir or the community of heirs is able to act. Upon request, a community of heirs can also entrust our office with the processing and distribution of the estate, as this preserves neutrality - which is often a major problem with communities of heirs.

In particular, if those involved in communities of heirs do not know each other personally or if those involved live abroad, commissioning our office can be of great advantage.

Often there are also tax issues or real estate as well as inheritance items have to be converted into money to be divided up. We can support you with words and deeds or take over these tasks entirely for you. For this we agree a price after consultation.
